Membership Policy & Beauty Bank

Memberships require a three-month minimum obligation. Membership services are designed to be enjoyed monthly and do not roll over. To make the most out of your benefits, we encourage you to schedule and use your treatments within the month they are issued. Unused services will expire at the end of each month and cannot be carried over, transferred, or credited towards future visits.


As a Bain Beauty member, part of your monthly investment goes into your exclusive Beauty Bank—a savings account for your skin goals. Funds accumulate over 12 months and can be applied to our most transformative treatments while your membership is active and in good standing. Beauty Bank funds are non-transferable, cannot be gifted, redeemed for cash, or used on retail. (Restrictions apply - See Staff Member for more details).
